No Returns

Once we’ve shipped out something that’s fresh-baked or can spoil, we can’t take it back sorry. But let’s say you run into a real mess, like the product’s got something wrong with it, it shows up banged up, or it just isn’t up to scratch, make sure to hit us up within a day after it gets to you.

Just shoot over some clear pics and what your order was all about to [Your Support Email/Phone Number]. Our crew will get on the case ASAP to check things out.

Swaps

Okay so here’s the deal about when swaps are cool:

  • If you got the wrong thing.
  • If your stuff got wrecked on its way to you.
  • Or if it’s all moldy or not fresh when it gets there.

When that kinda stuff happens, we’ve got your back with a credit for next time or we’ll send you a new one, if that’s what you’d rather have and we’ve got it in stock.

Oh, but hey, if you ordered something special, like a custom cake or personalized thing, we swap it if we messed up.

Now, the rules for asking for a return or swap:

Hit us up within 24 hours after the stuff lands on your doorstep.

The thing you got has to be just like when we sent it out, not used and all (you gotta show us pics).

After they check things out, Wheat and Whisk call the shots on whether you’ll get your swap.
